ComTech System Ltd has a vast experience of the secondary Cisco market, and as such our refurbished products are the very best in the market place. We regularly collect used / over ordered / legacy equipment from our customers and ensure that the units are brought back to as close to their original standard as possible. This of course ensures you pay the very best price for the items you need, without substituting quality.

Full Cleaning

As with any electrical device in use dust, dirt and everyday marks are apparent. Using high pressure cleaning devices we ensure that all dirt and residue is removed from each piece of equipment, bringing the standard back to as new as possible.


Within our designated Testing and Configuration department we rigorously test all of our used items both for hardware and software issues. If any units fail testing they are potentially returned to our suppliers and replaced. Of course, with our internal Testing and Configuration team, we are able to fix many of the issues ourselves.


We have worked hard to provide the very best packaging for our refurbished items, not only for safety in transit but also for ergonomics and ease of warehouse storage. We have a 0% return rate of units damaged in transit and by ensuring the very highest standards of packaging we are confident that this will continue in the future.

12 month warranty

As with our New Products, all refurbished products ship with a 12 month return to base warranty. Once you return the items to us, we will test and ship a replacement as quickly as possible. If you have set up a credit account with us on terms, then we can also look to advance replace the units for you.
